Vari har gjennom de siste 10 årene spesialisert seg i utvikling av små trommel slåmaskiner for høyt gress og ugress. Siste skudd på stammen er den lettkjørte DS-521 LIZA. LIZA er lettkjørt selv ved det vanskeligste og mest kronglete terreng, utstyrt med et nytt system for drift av hjulene, som gjør at den svinger, om mulig, enda lettere. Følgelig er denne nå blitt min kones yndling.

HER ER PRODUSENTENS BESKRIVELSE AV KONSEPTET.
The free-wheels in machine wheels were substituted for the split drive axle. Both lower and upper discs of the drum mower DS-521 LIZA are sheet metal mouldings. The upper disc is equipped with 4 cutting blades with double-sided edges and swivel attachment. The lower disc is freely rotating on the bearings and covers the screw connection of the blades with the upper disc. High strength of the cutting disc and thereby its long life time are big advantages. The safety brake stops the cutting disc in 3 seconds in case of danger.
Frame design has a space tubular frame which provides cover of the mowing drum in the front of the machine. The drum mower drive supplies the well-proven, silent and economic engine HONDA GCV 160 with a very low level of harmful emissions in the exhaust gases and with easy start. LIZA is very light, easily operated and space-saving. You can easily put it into the boot of your car when you tilt the handlebars. Everyone will certainly appreciate the reliability and performance of this machine.
